I've been working at Sapphire in Las Vegas since March and it's currently the only club I work at. I would give it a 7/10. This is a 24 hour, topless, full bar establishment that gives off a big "party" vibe.
Management: Because this club is so big and I travel here from California, I don't personally know too many people in management. All the floor hosts and managers are friendly though, but do not expect them to help you out at all.
Payment Layout: When you arrive at the club you have to pay your house fee upfront, paying it while check you in to work your shift. the house fees range from $16-$95 depending on the time. you can also pay an additional $55 to be taken off of the stage rotation for the night. There are programs in place to give you free house fees for working certain days or referring girls. but that house fee is the only time you will be paying the club. you get to keep 100% of all dance sales (the drinks are very expensive and that's where the club makes its revenue) The dances prices range from $20 table dance to $100 vip with a 2 drink purchase. the private rooms are at least $800 an hour and you keep $600 every hour. you pay out 10% when cashing in funny money though. they do not track your dances, only champagne sales.
Customers: Lots of bachelor parties and couples. It's a party vibe so some quality customers can be hard to find. every room I've had, we had to sit with the customer for hours before a 1 or 2 hour private. but selling $20s is fairly easy, especially when busy. I normally charge $25-$30 for dances.
Extras: I'm sure it happens but the private rooms are expensive. they have under covers in here all the time though. definitely a dangerous spot to do illegal activities.
Music/Stage: I give this portion of the club a fat 3/10 and it's my least favorite part. the music here is horrendous. it never fits the mood. it's hard rock when it should be hip hop, it's house when it's dead, they just have no sense of atmosphere. you also won't make much on stage. on a great night, I'll make $100 after 2 stages. which to me is not impressive for stage. you also sometimes get stuck on main for 4/5/6 songs if no girls show up. tipping on stage isn't enforced.
Tips: Working in a team helps out here.
Misc: Smoking club. Big locker room (5 different areas) it's pretty clean. the restaraunt is very good but only open on the weekends.

Yes the music here is terrible!! Wtf. Other than that it’s a good club. During the summer you can get free house if you hang out at their pool
