Overall Rating: 6/10
Dates Worked: March 2015-August 2015
Fees: Weekdays - unknown
Weeknight/weekends - $80 total
Dress code/style: Whatever you want as long as your butt is covered. I went for a matching bra and panties set with a open wrap overtop, it was a hit.
Management: Extremely strange. I worked at this club during a time of transition between management, so there was hardly any management and when there was it was always one side trying to undo what the other side had put in place. Because of this, there were practically no rules at this place. Seriously. I was 19 at the time and there was no rule or system in place to stop underage girls from drinking. As far as extras went, I heard girls many times talking about how they did them, and there was also a pretty open access to drugs BUT, just like any other club, if you mind your own business and keep your head down (and establish your own set of rules with custies) you can still do very well here.
I gave this club a 6/10 because it was the first club I ever worked at, I had no clue what I was doing, and I still made decent money for a newbie. Like, $500 on a Saturday night having little to no hustle experience besides "wanna dance". There were all types of girls there, and as far as hiring goes you pretty much just go in and if they like what they see then you're good to go, but I wouldn't feel nervous about going in. The stage is pole and non pole friendly as well.
This club was in Detroit's city limits so I did need a license to work, and it was expensive, but if Kenny from Motor City Showgirls is still around find a way to get in contact with him and he will help you out (take you to the place, make sure you have the right forms, etc). He's weird but he wants the girls to succeed and he's a good person to know.
The customers are an easy hustle, dances sell for $25 and as long as you keep moving around, it's not hard to keep a steady stream of dances going.
