In short: very small white club with really mean owners, but much more laid back and the only bikini club in the area
A very small bikini bar. We’re found in the middle of a college town, so the city doesn’t really let our name get out, and our customer base is pretty small. Pasties must be worn if there’s any chance your nipples might slip out of your outfit. Typically the girls wear two pairs of panties just for added security.
House fees apply depending on what time you show up. If you’re showing up after ten you owe $100. Be there before 5pm and you have no fee. If you’re there before 6, you have the chance to “dance off your house fee” by getting the most private dances that night. There are a ton of hidden fees. $5 for missing a stage set, $10 for not paying your private dance fee right away, $100 if you don’t work a week day, $100 for not working a weekend day (you are required to work at least one of each), $100 for a no-show, which can quickly be combined with a “missing a day” fine. Smoke breaks are limited, and you will get fined for leaving the dressing room a mess. So will everyone else who worked that night. $100 if you want to leave early.
Private dances are $20/song, and $5 goes back to the bar. There’s a full service bar, so it’s 21+ only. Mostly we get a lot of blue collar older men, like construction workers. Knowing Spanish would be a HUGE advantage. We get a lot of men through who can’t speak English, and it would at least benefit you to learn private dancing rules in Spanish so you can tell them.
There’s one stage, with a static pole. The whole place is pretty small (about 10 seats at the bar and maybe ten tables. Max occupancy is like 89 people) and THERE IS NO BOUNCER. Essentially the whole place is run by the bartender, but there’s no one to tip out at the end of the night, so what you earn is what you keep. NO DJ. Music is run by the girls, through Spotify. A stage set is 3 songs. Private dances also go along to the music playing for stage sets.
Ive seen girls of all shapes and sizes and ethnicities do very well, but we are predominantly a white club. We do have a handful of black girls, but most of our customers are old white men. It’s Iowa.
You have to work hard for your money. Customers will act like their $1 is gold and if you give them less than what they want, they will tell you you’re ripping them off. A lot of dudes are in there for the cheap drinks, free show, and free pool. There’s no cover charge, so we get all kinds of street scum.
TOUCHING POLICY: they are allowed to grope you and touch you, but nothing in the crotch area and going under your clothes is not allowed. We are a no-extras club.
Having regulars can really boost your sales, but it takes a really long time to get regulars just because we rarely get “new” customers that are in town to stay. YOU WILL NOT BE MAKING A LOT OF MONEY. Average night earnings during fast season range $200-500 depending on the girl. Slow season (winter season) you may be happy to leave with $60-200. It’s been enough to pay my bills, but if you’re a mom or have big bills to pay, this might not be the place for you.
We don’t hire traveling dancers, and we don’t hire for one-night girls. Our turnover rate is pretty fast. The owners are straight up horrible. They’re a married couple - she has never been a stripper. They only come to town during home football games, and they harass everyone when they’re in there, especially the husband. I’ve seen him manhandle a girl and drag her to the dressing room by the arm, and he took her cell phone. He’s physically ripped a wallet out of a customer’s hand (he was refusing to pay for dances but was about to hand the money to the girl at this point) and threw it across the room. He’s shoved a man into the door because he had flipped the bartender off on his way out (minors get pretty mad when they can’t be in a 21+ bar). He calls the girls sluts, whores, idiots, the whole lot. On the bright side, they’re RARELY there.
The bartenders are usually very nice, and the customers usually look out for the safety of the girls since there’s no bouncer, but we do have the occasional bar fight. The girls have the power to kick anyone out they see fit, and the bartenders are very good at keeping people out that have been banned. The police are very good to our club and are willing to help us out very quickly.
