This is a really nice club, in my opinion the best in the city. Management is very kind and laid back, and they really take the safety of the dancers seriously and absolutely no extras allowed. Stage is topless, and you have the option to be nude in dances or VIP but it isn’t required. You must have more full coverage bottoms while on the floor (no walking around in just g-strings) and weekends are gowns, however you can bypass gowns by wearing a long wrap skirt that they sell in their boutique. From what I’ve seen, there are many women of color and various body types, and black women are not forced to wear wigs, they will not be punished for having natural hair if they choose to. Fees are pretty high in comparison to other clubs, you have to pay as soon as you come in for the day so make sure you have your fee set aside for your next shift, but the fee itself covers stage and tip outs all at the same time so while it seems high, you won’t have to worry about paying anyone else. This is very much a dance and VIP club, the stage is not where money is. There are three stages connected by a catwalk, and two stages are behind the bars, so people crumple up dollars and throw them. You do one song per stage, so three total in your set. The crowd is very mixed, there are definitely lots of businessmen, but also lots of parties. It helps to have regulars, but it gets busy enough usually that if you don’t have them, it’s okay. One of the things I don’t like is that you don’t get paid upfront, you get paid at the end of the night. The club gives you wristbands that you scan in and out of your dances that tracks how many you did, and the VIP attendants keep track of your rooms. And the cuts taken from sales are pretty awful in my opinion, generally you only keep a little more than half. But overall the club is really good and very friendly. Minimal drama and a very nice environment. I recommend it for sure.
