It's a small-medium sized NUDE club located on Valley Blvd, in a small industrial city in the 626/San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles county. Surrounded by La Puente, Baldwin Park, Hacienda Heights, Rowland Heights and El Monte. Slightly shady looking area but it's pretty safe for the most part.
There will be around 10 girls working dayshift (opening 11am - 6 pm) and up to 20-25 working nightshift (6:30 pm - 2 am closing). Management likes for dancer's to work at least 3 shifts a week, but they're not strict and won't get you in trouble if you can't make it. Auditioning was just showing them some form of ID, filling out a few pages of paperwork, and a manager going over everything with you.
Pole skills not necessary. Most girls don't even do tricks or spins but will just twirl-walk around the pole and move sexy.
Most dancers are latina/mixed race. Some white girls or black girls. Variety is welcome and race is not a problem for applying. Neither is body type. There are chubby girls, thick girls, and skinny girls alike. A lot of the girls here have some work done (breasts and butt), but natural girls can still be found here. This club isn't picky or discriminating when it comes to dancer's looks. Just clean up well and you're fine.
Staff is friendly.
Same managment as Synn and Satin in the area, Knouckouts in nearby Arcadia, Seventh Veil in Hollywood, Rio in LA, and Sahara Theatre in Anaheim.
No stage fee. You're allowed to pick your songs. Dayshift DJ uses spotify, nightshift DJ uses youtube converter.
Dances are advertised as "3 for $40". $20 split between the club and you, but after you sell 3 dances then the house only takes $16 from 4th+ dance(s). 1 song dances are topless only for $20, another half split between you and the club.
VIPs are $105 for 15 minutes (dancer keeps $65), and $155 for 30 minutes (dancer keeps $95). On Wednesdays they have an $80 for 10 minutes special (dancer keeps $50).
If you sell 8 drinks then you don't owe the house fee. Otherwise, house fee depends on how much you made. If you made less than $100 you won't owe, if you make $100-200 it's $16, $200-300 is $24, and so on.
Tipout at least 10% to the DJ, 5% to the doorguys, and 5% to the waitress. Tipping out isn't expected if you made very little money (only sold 1 dance or 2 dances) or made nothing at all. No worry about leaving in negatives.
This is in the San Gabriel valley. The demographics are majority Asian (Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean) and Latino (Mexican and other Central American), and a white minority. Expect most customers to be from those ethnic groups and keep in mind it's common to come across people who don't speak English very well. Speaking Spanish and/or Mandarin-Chinese could be helpful.
The rumors are true, extras are the norm in this club! I've seen condom wrappers laying around VIP room floors and even sometimes in the LD booths! Some days it can be hard to make a decent amount if you don't offer extra. Extras are so rampant here that if a customer asks "do you do vip", it's code for asking if you do full service/sex. Before agreeing to any VIP, make it clear that you don't offer happy endings.
Don't expect to walk out with $600+ every night. Most customers tend to be cheap. Even on some packed Friday nights.
Overall rating: 3/10
This club could be worth a temporary try IF you can handle working around extras, don't mind high contact, or if you have great hustle. But honestly, it's best to avoid. Being bothered for extras for less than $200 a night isn't worth it in the end.
Pros: Diversity (women of color and different sizes welcome!), suitable for those with little to no pole experience, fee/tipouts not expected if you don't make money.
Cons: Extras, grabby guys, cheap customers.
I worked here mostly nightshift during the last half of 2017.
I'm latina, brown skin, long hair, small breasts, not skinny but not fat either (but noticeable belly chub), average-small butt. I did fine looks and personality-wise. What hurt my money was not being a full service girl.
