8/10
It's been almost three years since I've worked here and I only worked for about 6 months 2013-2014, but I'll give you anything I've got on it.
The Club:
Fully nude, 18+, no alcohol obviously. There are two "stages" but they are connected by a "cat walk" with a swing over it. Each of the stages are circular and each have a spinning pole. They are only about 8 feet in diameter (maybe, they're big enough to do decent floor work on but not huge). You have your tip rail that goes all the way around both stages. There is also a tiny little square stage which I only ever used to lay on, it was like 2sqft. There are dances on the floor, $10 topless, a vip room, $20 topless and $30 nude and the customer has to pay a cover fee to get a wristband ($20 I think). And then there's the cabana room where they can buy 30 minutes or an hour and I cannot remember how much it was because I was afraid of having to dance for 30 minutes straight so I never sold one lol. The dressing room is pretty small, maybe 10 chairs. And there's the office and the two bathrooms and that's the entire club, it's pretty small. It's only open from 8pm-4am. I don't think any extras were allowed here at all, I never saw any, and I know girls could get in trouble for too much contact. And it's a no contact club, the guys are never allowed to touch anywhere at all.
The management:
I never had a problem with the management at all so I feel like I don't know much about it. For staff each night there was always one manager, one dj, two bouncers, and the "bartender". That was on week nights when there were only maybe 5 girls dancing. Weekends it would be 4-6 bouncers and two managers. The djs always played music that was specific to you, and the managers seemed honestly caring for the girls. There are also cameras everywhere, and if you do a private dance, and bouncer automatically stands outside the room, and the manager is watching the cameras in the back, I always felt very safe.
The Money:
House fee: if you were on the schedule; $20 before 9pm, $30 before 10pm, $40 before 11pm and so on. I think it started at like $40 or $50 if you weren't on a schedule.
Tip out: 10% of all dances but all of the money you made on stage was 100% yours. You were supposed to tip out 8-10% of your total earnings to each manager, 6-7% to the dj, and 4-5% to each bouncer. I only worked from October-March so those are supposed to be the best months in Tucson, I made anywhere between $200-$600 a night, and maybe once a week only $100 or possibly up to $1,300. I was a baby stripper so take everything I say however you want.
The girls:
The management made it clear that the only reason you would not be asked back was if you caused a big problem with the girls. I think I may have been a little out of the loop because I was new, but every single girl was nice and helpful towards me and towards each other. I think in total while I worked there, there were only maybe 20-30 girls. It is a veryyyy small club.
