Blue collar club, average house fees. Management is pretty cool. Jose especially is on point when it comes to keeping guys in check... which is funny, because he's the tiniest one. If you show up early, you can get a discounted house fee. One side is topless and is open 11am-2am. The other side is nude and juice only, which doesn't open until 10pm and stays open until 4. Guys will walk to the topless side for a shot and then walk back to the nude side when both sides are open. Tim is the night manager, and the dude is trippy obsessive with "his" shift. If you get hired for days and he sees you staying late, he'll get on you fast. If you do it too many times, he'll threaten to/will actually fire you. The same is true if he comes in during dayshift for whatever reason and sees one of "his" night shift girls working the day shift. The guy is straight up weird. Just smile and tip him and stay out of his way. If you're really hot and/or you ask him about it beforehand, he might let you stay late. In that case, if you want to work the nude side, you pretty much need to ask him about switching as soon as he/you come in since he's pretty much the gatekeeper for who gets to work the nude side. Underage girls get first priority, obviously, since they can't work the topless side, but as long as the nude side isn't flooded with girls, if you get in line early, you can switch over. It's first come, first serve. Usually, he only lets a handful of girls jump over at 10. Once you switch over, you need to stay on that side or you'll lose your spot.
If there're too many girls working, they'll turn girls away at the door, which is nice, since it prevents the club from getting too swamped with girls. Most other clubs I worked at in AZ couldn't care less about stuff like that as long as girls paid the house fee. Be prepared to hustle as part of your audition. The first part is pretty standard -- fill out paperwork, get dressed, dance on stage. If they liked your stage, they'll put you on the floor for an hour and see how well you do/if you actually know how to talk to people and sell dances. You may need to go find them, though, since they're generally pretty terrible at timing that part. VIP requires the customers to buy a $20 wristband before they can enter, and then dances are $20/pop, with normal floor dances being $10. If management sees you in VIP with a guy who doesn't have a band, they'll pull you out and lecture you to no end. One manager (the owner?) has a 0 tolerance policy for that and fires girls on the spot. There's a more private VIP area that sells for $40/song, but the only time I've ever seen anyone go in there was a drunk guy who tried to take a piss in the fake plant. They have a CR, but it's really hard to sell. Girls make their own price and keep 100% of whatever they charge, and the guy needs to buy a bottle to get in. However, most of the clientele is comprised of blue collar workers who can't afford an hourly CR + bottle when they go to the club. Most guys are good for about $100 each max. Working there during Arizona's "on" season, I was able to fairly consistently make roughly $100/hr. Most girls wait for their regulars to show up, so most guys will wait sometimes north of an hour without anyone walking up to them. If you can approach guys, you pretty much win just by default.
Lots of black light in this club -- anything neon that glows is a good idea.
