I've worked here from January 2015 to present
The hiring process is simple, you go in and speak to the hiring manager and he will either say yes or no. There's no audition or getting undressed involved.
Things required to get hired:
- 21+
- A valid ID
- Social Security Card
- No prostitution charges within 5 years
If he says yes he will run your ID to check your record.
I've seen all races get hired, women who are curvier or aren't toned, stick thin, all breast sizes, tattoos, etc. They aren't extremely picky. Travelers are welcome. Money season is October - early December, January - early May
Club RundownTip out varies based on the day of the week and time you come in. It ranges from $20 to $50/$60. (For example: Getting there at 7pm on a Friday costs $30). Must work 7 hours max or until close - depending on when you come in. You can only leave early by being bought off by a customer or with a $50 pass. Tipping out managers is NOT required or expected. Tipping the DJ is also not required by our contracts but it is expected. Average tips range from $5-$20.
The club has 3 stages, only 2 are used on an average night. 2 songs on the main stage which is a catwalk style stage with one spinning pole, 2 songs on the second stage with is a rectangular stage with 2 spinning poles on either side. The 3rd stage is behind that stage, it's tiny with a static pole. Rarely used. Stages are topless only.
No dress code, you can wear whatever wherever as long as your genitals are covered.
Dances:There are no set prices for dances, we can theoretically charge whatever we want. $20 is the club standards and few deviate from this. You can charge more, charge less or do deals (ex: 2 for 1). Dances are done in the "Man Cave" which has 6 couches spread out against the wall, or by the CR which has 2 couches next to the dressing room.
The VIP is member's only and costs about $1000 for a lifetime membership. Dancers are free to come and go as we please. This is where extras primarily take place. You can also charge whatever dance prices you want but $20 is still standards and some VIPs will complain if you try to charge more.
The Champagne Room is a small elevated area that is kind of dark and secluded. It costs the customer the price of a bottle (minimum $150-$175) and they get a wrist band and can come and go as they please all day/night. We negotiate our price separate to what they pay, some girls go by hour some go by individual dances. Extras also take place here.
High contact is expected. There are no rules on spacing or touching. Its 100% up to the dancer's discretion but high contact and mileage are expected.
Dances are topless only.
Most money is made from extras, they are pretty normal in this club and this city as well. 90% takes place in VIP by members only so there's not much pressure to do extras downstairs on the main floor. Whether you do extras or are extremely clean there is a lot of money to make. This is a sit and chat club, not very aggressive hustling needed, but the better you are at hustling the better you will do. Lazy dances will do well too!
Clientele is extremely mixed ranging from regulars, locals, and people flying in for business (The club is located a few miles from a major airport). Regulars are not necessary but it's easy to make them especially if you do extras.
The staff is pretty nice and generally stay out of people's business. Very little drama or scandals. We all mainly keep to ourselves. But expect management to take the customer's side if there is any issue. This is not a club where you can get away with slapping someone for assaulting you or break someone's phone for taking a video of you.
