Fees: Sunday-Thursday: $10 before 8pm, $20 after
Friday - Saturday: $15 then $30
1-% for DJ, $5 for security, no house mom
Rules: No touching at all during private dances and no clothing comes off. Pasties on stage (you can buy the flesh-tone tape almost all of us use for $1 from the bar). No smoking on the club floor, dressing room is fine. No touching on stage, they have to throw the money onto the stage instead of putting it in a garter, bra, or thong side. There's no scheduling requirements. They don't write down nights, tell you that you have to work any, or punish you for not showing up. If you don't show up for a few months with no word, they'll probably take away you're locker but that's it. There's no day or hour minimum.
Dance prices: $40 per lap dance. We have an upstairs area that used to be a more private area with limited touching but now it's just the same as the downstairs. It's $10 a minute starting at 10 minutes. If I remember it's 40% goes to the house. I don't do dances up there.
Customers are usually college kids from the schools in Conway and Little Rock. We get a lot of foreign students from the Middle East and South Asia. We also get a lot of construction workers, many of whom only speak Spanish or speak limited English. Other than that, largely middle aged guys and old guys. Not many snooty businessmen. We get more female customers than I've seen in other clubs but they're not a significant percentage.
For dancers, we've got a pretty mixed bag of ethnicities and body types and we all seem to do okay. You'll get the occasional racist customer and one of our door men is a real winner in terms of sexism and racism but management doesn't seem to be a problem as far as I can tell. When I travelled to work here in 2015 they hired me on the spot though I'm not sure if we still do that.
