Overall: Would not recommend unless you're short on options, or good at stacking sales and receiving tips.
Pros:
Right in the city
Hires WOC and women that fit outside of usual stripper look.
No house fee (only DJ tipout, and bouncers during the night)
$20 paycheck (either weekly or biweekly, can't remember which)
No schedule
Cons:
Lots of extras girls if you aren't comfortable working around them, steer clear.
Rude/disrespectful customers
Must rent locker
Sketchy/unsafe area
High dance prices & unfair VIP costs (will touch on this in a bit)
Shifts:
Day shift is 3pm-7pm, night shift 7pm-close. You can work either or both.
Sales:
There are dances, drink commission and VIP.
Dances are $30 per and you get half ($15). It can be hard to stack dances since you have to receive payment and a red ticket (which you cashout at the end of your shift) before you can start another dance
Drinks are $30 for customer, you only get $5 out of that. I'm under legal drinking age and they offered me alcohol knowing this lol. But I requested virgin drinks without customers knowledge since I don't personally like to work drunk.
VIP is a total ripoff. Cost the customer $300 and you only get $50 out of that deal. Girls do complain but they just tell you to ask for a tip. (I don't blame the girls doing extras there tbh. VIP is a ripoff) If you're not an extras person don't even bother with VIP or just lie about the price.
I also kept to myself there but I've heard a lot of drama with the dancers, dancers and managers, etc. So maybe not the best work environment.
Centerfolds is next door and I have not worked there but they only really like Barbie type girls. If you have no other options without a crappy commute and you don't fit Barbie looks mold I'd say it's worth a shot. But Boston in general is awful for dancing
