Shifts/Hiring:
The club opens at 4 PM, closes at 2:30 AM. "Day" shift girls arrive from 4-6, night shift officially starts at 9, but girls come in as late as 10. The first customers usually don't show up until 6ish, honestly, and weekend nights it doesn't get busy until midnight. You have no schedule/no minimum required shifts. It's coming up on season for Florida so they are hiring, but come prepared to work - I showed up late-ish at night in the middle of the week and got asked to stay and work the rest of the night when I came in to apply.
Size/Layout:
Very small club! There's one stage (2 static poles), it takes up pretty much the whole area. There aren't freestanding tables/chairs to sit at, just couches all around the walls with teensy tables every foot or so. The parking lot is good-sized though, if you drive yourself it's easy to find a good space. The nice thing about the club being so small is that it's really easy to get guys who aren't actually sitting at the rail to come up and tip you anyway, with lots of eye contact/smiles etc.
Prices:
There are no private rooms. The only sale you can make is a $15 dance, done out on the couches in the main area (the only other areas being the dressing room/bathrooms). However you don't give the house any of that 15, so it's sometimes worth it to cut deals with guys who wanna stack dances (3/$40, 5/$70, etc.). Something I wanna mention is how annoying it is to give dances in between those miniscule tables!! Somehow that's my least fave thing about this place, there's literally barely any room betweent them and they go alllll the way around the room so that's all you have to work with. Anyway-- nightly fees: $17 to the house, $5 to each bartender (on weekends there are 2, usually only 1), $5 to security, $15 to the DJ.
The customers are mostly blue-collar, plenty of regulars, guys who've been coming for years. It's a really local place. There's a smattering of couples every so often too.
$$:
I end up making half/over half my money on stage, and that's without a bunch of pole tricks or fancy floorwork. The small space really does seem to make customers more willing to come up and tip b/c you're practically in their face no matter their seat. The later it is, the easier to sell dances, but that's probably true lots of places.
Dress:
Topless but you have to cover nipples. There's tape/paint in the dressing room to use. No G-strings, no ass hanging out everywhere. Otherwise wear any outfit you want.
Management/Workers:
It's hard to generalize people but overall the girls (dancers and waitresses) are nice and much more welcoming than at other clubs. The security take their job seriously and help you out if you tell them something's going on. One of the managers is sort of a stickler, always wanting you to try and sell drinks etc., but overall they don't bother you while you work.
