4/10 I worked here for six months between 2015 and 2016 and while I was there the club was slowly going downhill. Management didnt care about girls, the bartenders were all really rude. You had to do extras if you wanted a chance to make more than twenty or so dollars each shift. Day shift was awful, night shift was worse. The bouncers let customers get way too rough, out of hand, and drunk. Customers were stingy and expect a two way contact topless dance for $25 per song, $20 of which is kept by the dancer. The club provides and enforces pasties, they also provide glitter glue, some toiletries, first aid stuff, and hair styling items and sometimes makeup. You give money to management for the house mom, but I didnt see her a single time during my six months there so idk what thats about. The stages are set up VERY weird. The bar is between the main and side stage and blocks pretty much the entire view of the side stage for anyone who isnt sitting at that stage. The stage areas are round, the main stage has a little catwalk and the pole is about 12 feet I believe, the side stage pole is a little shorter. Both poles are 50mm steel spinning poles. Both stages have an awkward foot tall shelf surrounding them between you and the customer, which makes interaction during stage sets stiff and uncomfortable. The benches for lapdances are hella uncomfortable, the VIP area is three tiny benches behind some thin black curtains and yet the VIP pricing is outrageous for this area (like $200 something for 15 minutes) so no one ever really buys VIP. Bottles are the same way. Basically everyone who comes here is either broke or only gonna pay for extras. The music is all shitty because management only lets the DJs play certain songs, mostly 80s or earlier with a single currently popular song thrown in once every couple of hours. During the day only one girl is on stage at a time for a three song set, but at night they have girls alternating between the two stages, meaning you will dance for six songs in a row and its hell. Absolute hell.
Fees: Day shift: $20 to house, 10% to DJ, $5 to bouncer, $5 to house mom Night Shift: $30 to house, 10% to DJ, $5 to bouncer, $5 to house mom
You get fined an extra $5 for every half hour you are late, there is a schedule with a four shift per week minimum and if you miss a day for any reason you will be charged $50. You must have a license to work here. Lots of times when a girl quits management tries to threaten her into paying the rest of the fees she would have paid until the end of that month, so basically, quit on the last day of the month lol. You really dont want to work here, it just sucks.
